A Beach Escape was even more wonderful than I imagined!!
Last week proved to be the most enjoyable vacation I have ever been blessed to experience. Your place is not only comfortable,
convenient, and pretty, but has a warm, "at home" atmosphere that made every moment special. Of course, my favorite
room was the big back porch. Our granddaughters could play at the shore, and we adults could keep our eyes on them in comfort
and with peace of mind. It was absolutely grand!! We also enjoyed cooking our meals with the great ocean view. I thanked the
Lord every day for allowing us to be there! And thank you so very much for sharing with us! Sandra & family, NC

love your Beach Escape!! Being ocean front with its own private deck & beach access makes it so easy to "hang out,"
and not worry about our "stuff" being bothered. You are the most pleasant "hosts" I've ever dealt with.
You both make us feel so comfortable and at home. I have told all my friends about your great place. My family has been going
to Topsail for the past 22 years but just recently found this hidden treasure. Thank you John and Mary Ann for your great

Just wanted to say thanks again, the house was beautiful, and so was the town. Kids cried
when we left which was sad but let us know how much fun they really had. Every thing you sent us was right on the money.

Your place is wonderful. Everything and more than you said. The dolphins were wonderful to watch and saw them daily. We had
perfect weather and being able to spend it so close to the beach was beyond our wildest dream. We will be talking about this
one for a long time. Again thank you for everything from the wonderful home to all the information that you left for us. Went
to Mollie's and the turtle shelter but it was hard leaving the beautiful beach.. Maureen & Vince, Mass

BE SORRY YOU BOOKED THIS PLACE!" "Our experience in your home was excellent! The home is well cared for &
you were so easy to deal with you felt like family. I hope to know you for the rest of my life! You
told me what to pack, gave me ideas of things to do and places to eat, and perfect directions. At the house it was great
to find packets with restaurant menus (personal notes written on them as to what is good to order, etc) and points of interest. The
screened in porch was a blessing the one day it rained, because we ate our meals out there and played games, but still felt
outdoors and near to the ocean. We took our other breakfasts and lunches on the picnic table which was awesome.
There is a local seafood market just down the road that sells fresh local seafood, OH MY, was that delicious, and reasonably
priced too. Eating out was a different treat every time. Every restaurant we went to was supurb with friendly
wait staff. There are enough, but not too many stores to do gift shopping, you won't be disappointed. while we
were there, we had the beach to ourselves 95% of the time. There were so many shells that we were able to be super picky
about which ones we chose (bring a bucket, you'll need it). Evenings were great because even though it was dark and you couldn't
see the ocean, you could hear it. You really will not be disappointed. Have fun & THINK BEACH! Amy & Alexis,

"An Honest and Wonderful Escape" This home was exactly what
we were looking for and more. It exceeded all our expectations for cleanliness, warmth, beauty. The rush of the waves drew
us to the shore to experience not only the water, but the smooth flow of the dolphins swimming by and the pelicans in their
glory. Make sure you bring a camera as the sunrises are spectacular and the sand is so soft. Mother nature leaves lots of
shells and smooth stones for you to examine and retrieve. We loved everything about our stay from the time we initially contacted

"A beach escape"
Took my family there 4 years ago, and have been at the same place every year since, If you need to relax,
theres no better place to relax and enjoy some awesome waves and scenery,The weather has always been perfect. The house is
always clean and in perfect order when we show up. It really is heaven on earth. Dan & family-Sept,

Vacation Ever" Ocean Front, Huge screened porch, Washer and Dryer, Close to grocery
store, the pier and shops,plus a great price! What more could you want?? The house is roomy with large kitchen with dishwasher
and eat in bar. I love the living room with its huge window looking out on the beautiful ocean. Also the screened porch viewing
the ocean is perfect for moring coffee and watching the sun set. The cold shower outside on the boardwalk it great to rinse
off before entering the house. We have been going to Topsail Beach for 30 years and "The Beach Escape" is the perfect
place for us. Thank you Mary ann and John for sharing your wonderful home with us. I will recommend your Beach Escape to everyone. May 2010

We have just returned from our 3rd visit at your "Beach Escape" . It was a
good time, as always. We enjoy your personal touch, like having menu's with notations about selections and service, books
and games, and information about local happenings, especially about the sea turtles and the rescue hospital down the island.

We love
the Beach Escape. It has plenty of privacy, plenty hot water & very clean. Easy access to everything there on the

Indescribable week! Goldie & Christina (age 4), Missouri Your house was a wonderful relaxed family oriented place to watch the dolphins play as the
sun rose. Sitting out was a great way to begin and end the day, watching the ocean roll in and out. There were turtle nesting
areas up and down the beach , the fish were jumping, the pelicans and all the other seabirds swooping down for a stroll along
